S.T.E.M. FIELD TRIPS

At Adventure Point, we offer schools many different field trip options. Our general field trip schedule is designed to run 5 hours, starting between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, but we can accommodate your school’s bussing schedule, including an earlier start or departure. STEM Field Trips are available for grades K-7 and are interactive, engaging, and bring classroom concepts to life for students. All content aligns directly to NGSS and Michigan Math Standards. Field Trips can incorporate pre-trip classroom preparation curriculum, on site delivery by our experienced team (or your instructors), and post trip follow up for assessments. Whether a trip to our site will provide an entire lesson, or provide the elements not available in the classroom, we can customize your student’s experience to ensure that it is exactly what you need. One of the best things about a STEM field trip is that it gives students a chance to apply their classroom learning to a real-life situation. This kind of engagement helps students see how professionals use STEM each day, and it also prompts them to consider STEM for their own future.
