Adventure Point offers a variety of conference room options ranging in size to fit every event’s needs at great prices! Projectors or TV monitors are available for your event to use in any of our conference rooms, we also have phone and video conferencing systems ready for use if needed. Adult or family focused outdoor activities are available too! The Adventure Point experience offers a unique opportunity for your group to enjoy the convenience of a newly renovated conference space and the excitement of outdoor adventure all within 10 minutes of downtown Grand Rapids Michigan. This conference room has room for your large events seating up to 75 people with tables or 120 people without. It is located on our main floor across the lobby from the building entrance. In addition to being easy to access from the parking lot, deck access is available for your event from this room an additional charge. Kitchen 102 is a catering kitchen located adjacent to this room with counter complete will roll down window access for service

Conference room 201 has room for your large events seating up to 75 people with tables or 120 people without. It is located on our second floor with a vaulted ceiling it is our largest space available and has a stunning panoramic view of our outdoor facilities. Room 201 has access to the top level of our deck which also serves as a launching point for our zipline attraction.

For any medium sized event this room offers space for up to 20 people with tables or 30 seated without tables. Located on our second floor it is a great option for your group to get together and collaborate.  This room includes a full size kitchen sink and countertop – perfect for setting up your catered light meal for serving.  We also include access to the shared kitchen, which has a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.   Ask us about adding Coffee Service to any meeting as well!

This room is perfect for focused groups, it has space for up to 15 people with tables or 25 without and offers a quiet location for your group.  This room includes a full size kitchen sink and countertop – perfect for setting up your catered light meal for serving.  We also include access to the shared kitchen, which has a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.   Ask us about adding Coffee Service to any meeting as well!
